I have a NOVA internet fault — what do I do?
Call 13700, NOVA's free technical support line for fixed-line and internet faults. The call is free from any landline or NOVA mobile within Greece.

If the fault requires an onsite technician, the order comes directly to us from NOVA and we resolve it with a 1 working day SLA across all of Thrace. You do not need to call our stores to report a fault.

Do you install fiber (FTTH) in Alexandroupoli?
